The Popcorn Island Final Cut 2 After Effects Script is a simple way to move sequences in Final Cut into Compositions in After Effects. Not only does it allow you to work faster, it also saves storage space. The normal work flow of rendering out from Final Cut and opening in After Effects causes one to create temporary files to pass back and forth between the programs. The Final Cut 2 After Effects script will allow you to bypass that and simply use the footage that has already been imported into Final Cut.

这是国外NUKEMEDIA网站，作者Thomas Szabo编写的一个脚本，用于fcpxml直接到nuke的工作流程，我们以前fcp7的用户，总知道，在发送功能里有一个”发送到shake”的功能？

Features

No files are copied. The Read Nodes point to the same files as in FCP X.
All in-/out-frames, sequence frame positions, clip durations stay intact
Handle frames can be added to extend the frame range.
Only video-files. No audio.
Different FPS and dimensions were recognized.
Cropping, Animations, Translations, Color Corrections, Effects and every other Final Cut related modification on a clip will be discarded!
The generated Nuke-files are named after their FCP X name with a following “_v01”

使用project xto7这个工作，现在支持一下软件:

Color
Final Cut Server
Premiere Pro and then dynamic link to
After Effects
Soundbooth
Encore (for real Blu-ray authoring)
FInal Cut Pro 7 and then to
Soundtrack Pro
Motion 4
OMF output for ProTools, etc.
EDL export
Print to tape and Edit to tape
other Final Cut Pro 7 XML workflow tools (such as Sequence Clip Reporter for stock footage and music cue sheet reports).

已经支持相关final cut pro x以下功能:

Titles at the start and end;
a mixture of primary storyline and connected clips;
a mix of active and inactive clips;
large numbers of J and L cuts;
to-do markers and regular markers;
spot audio effects; and
cross-dissolve transitions.

All transfer without problem. Unfinished to-do markers appear as red markers, completed to-do markers as Green markers, and the blue Final Cut Pro X markers as blue markers in Final Cut Pro 7.

Requirements:

Final Cut Pro version 10.0.1 or later
OS X 10.7 “Lion” or 10.6 “Snow Leopard”
